This year we launched a new service that we are so excited about. Events are our passion and we love helping our customers plan the event of their dreams. This new service doesn't mean we are changing the way we have always helped our customers. We will still discuss your vision and explore what items in our inventory best fit your needs. We will still look through the linen book, talk budgets and layouts... none of that is changing. We are still here to provide each and every customer the with the best service possible.
The A-1 Design Studio is the next level. It is for customers who want to meet with our design specialists and discuss every detail. We have a lot of event experience and knowledge that we want to share.
So what does the Design Studio have? There will be full-size linens pulled to try out on the table along with every centerpiece, dish, glass and flatware option. This consultation gives you the chance to play with the inventory and see your vision come to life before signing a contract. We know that sometimes it's hard to envision how everything is going to come together, that's why we created the A-1 Design Studio.
When booking a consultation, the customer is sent a questionnaire so we can get to know them better. It has questions about venue, color scheme, guest count, budget, and even asks for a link to your pinterest board. From there, our design specialist will make a custom inspiration board for your event. The more info we get from you, the more we can do to help.
And this service isn't just for brides, anyone can use it. Maybe you are another vendor in the event industry and you want to bring your client here to discuss their event. We have appointments available for that as well!
This service came about when we starting renovation the space that is now our Jefferson City location. We originally purchased the building for it's huge warehouse and storage space (something we desperately needed as we expanded our inventory) The showroom and offices there were just an added bonus and after seeing the conference room, we knew it was the perfect space for our Design Studio. We installed a closet system and filled it with just about everything we have to offer.
