Any time we get the chance, we love to play around with our inventory to create different tablescapes. With the upcoming holiday, we wanted to showcase what we could do with a little red, white, and blue!
We do not carry "themed" party items here but we have such an expansive inventory that, with a little creativity, can be made to work with any theme. One item that can really make a difference is the linen. We have hundreds of different colors, materials and prints to pick from; including stars, stripes, gingham and more! (see festive options below)
On the table, we used a navy majestic linen with a red and white striped runner down the middle. We opted to use the matte, textured side of the linen versus the shiny side so that the rest of the items didn't have to compete. Each place setting had a silver wire charger, regina dinner plate, platinum salad plate, quantum flatware and 13oz jupiter glasses. We love the jupiter glasses because they add texture and interest to a table but are still functional. We "gathered" the napkins on top of the salad plates to keep the look casual but to also add another pop of color. For centerpieces, we purchased pom-pom firework pics and arranged them in milk glass bud vases. This helped add sparkle and a little height to the otherwise flat table.
Since most 4th of July parties usually have food, we broke out the hot dog rotisserie and grabbed a few items from the grocery store. The bowls used for the fruit and chips are part of a tiered set but we took them off the stand so that we could place them down the table. And the best part of it all was getting to sit at the table together and eat it for lunch! It's not too late to book these items for your 4th of July event!
